Backend Engineer (Go/Rust)
Build the infrastructure that doesn't break when millions flow through it. You've shipped payment systems before, or you're hungry to. We use Go and Rust. You'll own features end-to-end.

Figure out what merchants actually need (not what they say they need). You'll sit between engineering and customers. Data drives decisions here. Politics don't. Built fintech products? Even better.

Talk to enterprise customers about APIs and integrations. You understand payment flows. You can code a little (or want to learn). Close deals that matter. No quota theater.
